First: Study Admission Requirements at the College

General Conditions for Admission to the Postgraduate College:

The applicant must be Libyan and of good conduct, and not previously convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, unless rehabilitated.

The applicant must not have been dismissed from any military or civil entity for disciplinary reasons.

The applicant must pass the personal interview and any tests determined by the admissions committee.

The applicant must be medically fit.

The applicant must be a full-time student and not employed, unless exempted by a special decision.

The applicant must provide all the required documents in accordance with the instructions issued by the college.

The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or higher institute inside or outside Libya.

The bachelor’s degree must be in a specialization that qualifies for postgraduate studies in the requested program.

The bachelor’s degree should not be older than five years unless an exemption is granted.

The applicant must submit a pledge to abide by the college’s rules and regulations.

The applicant must meet any other requirements set by the admission committee.

Second: Special Conditions for Admission to the Master’s Program:

The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the specializations approved for master’s studies.

Priority is given to employees of the Ministry of Interior and other security institutions.

The applicant must pass the admission procedures and the personal interview.

Third: Special Conditions for Admission to the Doctorate Program:

The applicant must hold a master's degree in one of the approved disciplines.

Preference is given to master's graduates from the College of Postgraduate Studies for Security and Legal Sciences.

The applicant must pass the interview and admission procedures.

The applicant must submit a research proposal in the desired specialization.

The proposal must be approved by the admissions committee and evaluated by two faculty members.

The applicant must meet all general and specific admission requirements.
